Grueling travel

Traffic on roads has extended beyond control. Whether you drive or you travel by vehicle you are a victim of this stress. Cacophony of the horns, thick black smoke from emission pipes, people haphazardly crossing inbetween, pits on roads...... you finally manage to elude from all these and end up getting caught at a traffic signal!!! such pathos for all those people who manage to battle up with the traffic with forbearance

Conundrum

don't try to identify other person's mistakes, because they would correct their mistakes and will curse you for the rest of their life for pointing their mistakes

Dream "high"

I am one person of the kind who sleeps heavily. I found the dream start flitting through my mind. I find myself soaring high and high into the unknown space, beyond the earth, beyond the sky. The path never ended but was not seeable too. After a while later i found to have struck an apogee. Then there came a gust of wind like a maelstorm which suddenly pushed me from that point . I see myself drooping down and down and down impaling the air like a bow . I now could clearly see heavy thorny land in front of me . Eyes filled with affright, hands trembling, legs shaking and body jerking-Now i knew nothing could save me, I tried to remember all good things, all good people , also the mistakes i committed towards them, but it was too late, nothing left. The moment of end approached too near, suddenly!!!! a clamor!!! my alarm rang heavily ...... slowly I opened my eyes which still found the surrounding incredible. Hands still weak from the effect took considerable time to handle the alarm. Soon i could hear dulcet voice of my mom from kitchen. I expressed an ejaculation at that, started walking slowly out of my room doddering

what's this in my hand??

Something new, Something we craved for in the past four years, something the world is rotating around, something which promotes miracles, something which gives you boldness, something which gives you dignity, something which will never satisfy you, something which promotes lot of tensions, something which you get in the corporate world, something which made Bang an IT city, something which your relatives look for, . . . that 'something' is in my hands today!!

Emotional addiction

I have always known to have been a strong person from within but rather from past three years I find myself contradicting it. This nuance was caused due to me meeting a person three years back. I still cannot forget the eyes which beholded me . They worked like an opiate to capture my emotions. I never could take up an audacious decision for myself regarding this. As a result of this the entire matter became dilapidated but till today i feel that i have shown up severe chicanery towards myself

Happiness associated with the 'feeling of completion'

Completion of tasks or work always leads to complacency. Completion of school, completion of college, completion of degree each tend to add brick by brick to build a human being. These completions are essential for an individual to achieve great happiness. Completion of an exam, used to provide a lot of relief and happiness during good old school days.
The new item added to this cart is - completion of a day, then a week, furthermore a month in office. There is a specialty associated with completion of a month in workplace as you get money and debit card into your hands.
Software engineers are known for their frequent job switches' hence their stay in a company, even for a month is valued. Although completion is good in a sense, it also reminds of more responsibilities.
Happiness at various culminations is not the same. The purity of happiness from childhood to present situation is drastically reduced. Change has influenced happiness too. . .

Equanimity

Stress, strain and pressure give a perfect description of modern life trends. In an attempt to become a paragon multi path ways are preferred, which lead to tense situations. Success is inversely proportional to tension.
This can actually be illustrated with the recent victory in the Twenty20 cricket match by Indian team. During the tense situations in the last overs the captain of the team maintained his equanimity while the batsman from the opposing team gave up himself to stress and tension , leading to a wrong decision of hitting a shot. This cost them a victory.

As people tend to grow to higher positions they need to manage large number of things, this puts them under pressure. All these situations can be easily faced with equanimity of mind.

Equanimity is usually not easy to achieve when the situation is beyond control. Various other options can be perceived in this regard. Eg Yoga, meditation . Even a pleasant sleep or a small walk can achieve calmness when executed at the right times.

Thus the great pillar stone for success is composure and equanimity.

Cell phone woes

Now that we see cell phones in everyone's hand its high time i wrote a post on it. Cell phones day by day are being upgraded with new features and so are the woes associated with them. Pre-paid customers have one kind of problem while their counterpart postpaid people have different kind of problem , all to do with currency. Upon all this the network does not remain stable.

I make a call to a friend to thank him for his help...

me: hi again, i hope u r able to hear
frnd:ya quite better
me: actually i called up to thank you for the information u provided
frnd: the network is really bad today
me :can u hear what i say?
frnd: ya , now i am able to hear. How r u doing?
me:i am doing fine. i called up to tell u ....[line disconnected]
[call again]
frnd: I think lets talk some other time, its not quite audible at all
me:...oh..ok fine. lets talk some other time, bye

There is one more problem associated with cell phone called the "CELL PHONE SYNDROME"
You can feel the phone ringing even the phone is not actually doing it. You feel to have got a message although nothing happened. This problem seemed to have been occurring most commonly as i happened to read it in a newspaper.

One more woe is that when you are quite expecting some important call you get a call from the subscriber with a list of callertunes or ringtones. It fills me with anger to the core. But the next time when you neglect a call it would surely be an important call from your manager or someone.

One more associated problem i don't really understand is why the hell these phone manufacturers make the buttons so complicated. As the number of features increase, the path to reach the basic facilities of cell phone like making a call and messaging become more complicated.

The problems go on and on with no end at all. But still you cannot spend a day without your cellphone :)

Latitude

Compared to the parents of my friends I find my parents giving me a lot of latitude regarding making friends, spending money & time. Without having realised this, for past so many years I have just led a life in confinement. I castigate myself severely for this. I have missed a lot of friendships due to this nature of mine. I hesitate myself of the days when i never spoke to many people due to my introvert nature. Now that i have improved in speaking up with people i find a lot of improvements in my surrounding environment. I feel free to approach anyone, this has filled in a lot of confidence in me. This audacious nature has helped me achieve great things and hope it does in the future too.

Success, whether academic or professional, involves an ability to survive in a new environment and, eventually, to change it.

Success is to achieve great things. It can be viewed in different perspectives. When you face a new environment it deals with how better you adjust to the environment rather than the description of the environment. Once you understand the complexities of the new changes then you can find a description for yourself in that environment. The end to this is that you would be a master to survive in the new environment. At this stage you can start changing the environment to suite the needs and the environment starts surviving for you!

It is dangerous to trust only intelligence

Intelligence is one of the most dangerous thing in some situations. We could consider this in various situations-

-A student who is studying for his exam cannot just rely on his/her intelligence, rather his hardwork usually matters. Intelligence can only help to enhance the hardwork.

-In fields like scientific, nuclear and space research, long established facts aid more, than on spur intelligence and hasty decisions

-In political field ministers need to take decisions based on experience and patience. Intelligence usually involves taking risks which might not be the right decisions. Their long term strategy is respected and not their intelligent decisions.

- This is especially true in medical field where doctors need to deal with critical situations. The most intelligent young doctor might not balance himself against an experienced doctor while dealing with a critical operation.

There are various other situations even in day to day life which always depict that intelligence cannot be the only means of achieving goals. Intelligence is not a sole basis of trust .

Pets

This post is dedicated to all those pets who love their masters more than any other human. Pets help to overcome solitude. They drive in love and dedication. They are a great source of joy to children. Even though they cannot speak , they still can show up a lot of feelings towards their master. Some people consider it an outmoded thing to bring up pets but it is impolitic on their part. The unfeigned feelings shown by them are a scarcity among humans these days. They are good tutors when they come to sharing things. They act as good substitute to humans e.g the couple who do not have children can always go for pets, grand parents who are in need for children love but devoid of it can go for pets.

Smile is an ornament which costs you nothing!

Smile can create wonders (as well as blunders! but lets keep that aside). A smile increases the beauty of a person. Even the hardest of the feelings between people are eliminated with a simple smile. Smile enhances the quality of forgiveness . Even your mirror smiles back at you when you smile at it. A simple smile may pay you back huge benefits. Even a short sms message with a smiling smiley adds a lot of value to it. Your heart feels a lot lighter if the person talking to you smiles. It fills you with a lot of confidence too. Try it out. Begin your day with a smile :)

Different medicine

Life has been changing with challenging stages. At any point i feel that I am under pressure of achieving something with deadline threatening. But this chasing around for the deadline really wakes your brain cells forcing them to be more active. The minute this is stopped you find yourself dead with nothing interesting. Brainstorming is a medicine to brain cells. As the body needs care, so does the brain. The activeness imbibed in some people's brains' is due to their continual treatment with questions to the brain. One more aspect which keeps brain active is asking more questions to itself. Never try to convince your brain. Don't ever stop it from posing questions. Free it as much as possible so that it spurs intelligence on the moment.

Overmuch "Parental love"

This post solely is to bring out certain points about parents which is love-for-children in overdose which leads to disappointed-thoughts in children.
when parents treat you the same way as you were treated at 5 years of age at the time when you are already crossing 20 years of age , the pain is understood only by you. When parents don't allow you to think and decide, but take decisions and only provide you the solution , you are punished for an uncommitted crime. You only learn to adjust and compromise for their likings. When will they ever understand that we too have to be given a chance to think and take decisions? The mistake is not with parents ... they are only trying to satisfy their child, they only want their child not to face all the difficulties they faced , but does that make the children happy???
A millionaire might want his son to travel in a car but his son might want to go around in a cycle . These are long existing problems which don't picture out to the society. All these curb your way to adult thinking. Result is that you are tagged as an unmature person by your mates!
The only solution to this problem lies in the hands of parents who need to modify the treatment to their children differently in different stages of life.

New life, New place, New challenges

Sudden entry into the new world from the old life was difficult to adjust. Now that I have completed one week of exploration in the new place I find my life ameliorating. Huge buildings, crowd of people, huge machines, enormous labs all left me as a tiny speck in between. More challenging than adjusting is the work challenge. Within one week i find myself loaded with a list of documents to read about the product I would be working on. Practicality of things is the one thing I like about my new campus. It is not just to do with a PC infront of you. It has much of thoughts and concepts involved . Most work happens in the lab (which gives an impression of a scientist!!). Invention is the company policy. There are various levels of hierarachy in the organisation starting from team member, mentor,team lead, team manager and team admin. There are different kinds of labs and each admin is incharge of a lab. Entry into the labs filled me with awe ( as the only labs i have seen so far is my college lab). Challenge is really heavy as this was the first time the organisation took in freshers. They usually prefer freshers from IIT's and experienced people. I feel great about myself to have balanced myself in the same level with them. I thank God for this opportunity.

Occluded paths...

Forlorn state of mine in past few days is due to work leading to ennui. Although I try to grill my head with several questions, it always answers that forbearance is the greatest solution. Gingerly I hoard a pile of things to my mind convincing myself of the bright future. Juxtaposed with my co-employees I find myself in a wretched state. Work seemed to have lost its lackluster. I fail to show sedition towards superiority. These thoughts seethe me mad to be recalcitrant toward people. My unfeigned willingness to work is never understood. Paths seem to have occluded by them self. Medley of things recently have imbued nemesis in me. I always feel that the person who stops me should be decapitated. I expect situations to ameliorate. My alacrity to work can never be stopped by anyone.... never...

Beatitude

My disinclination to study in the past semester cannot be condoned . Blithe nature of mine had left atypical dregs in my parents minds'. To bolster up my bane towards few subjects, my pals added up . As the exam dates approached in a minimal distance cryptic formulae each became an awl in different directions to the brain leading to an expedite preparation . The upshot of all this explanation is to mention about the results received a day back. Never in the past 7 sems did i feel this ignominy to check out results...... finally emerged the page of my result (my path of destiny :) )
Slowly all my fears abated on the sight of first class distinction and today 07/07/07 is a heyday to me as I am emancipated from the dreaded VTU

Travel by an "Autorikshaw"

Auto rickshaw's have always been a part of life since childhood. The travel by it is always a memorable experience.
Going back to the golden days of school life we used to travel everyday to school upto around standard 6 by an auto. How , around 30 people were fit into that small miraculous thing is a surreal thing even to this day. It leads to a new concept and new ideas of equilibrium and gravitation not found by Newton or Edison :). Added to this the skill of the driver who was our "Auto uncle" was incomparable to any gifted person of any driving field. The talent of the driver to fit in the miniature thing into 10 feet roads was an amazing fact.
Its an interesting thing to consider that an autorikshaw is big for 2 and small for 3. Although its comfort zones aren' t that high, it provides the 'travel effect' of a Pushpakviman to a middle class person. Happened to travel by an auto quite a few times the first thing you see when you enter is the description of the autodriver attached as a note on one of the sides.
Most times travel was when I had to go out of station carrying luggage, for which, some space is allocated at the back of an auto. Hats off to the person who has designed it so compact with most needed provisions.
The next time you spot an auto to travel, never hesitate , for it gives one of the lasting experiences for your life :)

Troublesome diversification

Here I am trying to update my blog once again....

From childhood till now in various stages of my life one thing i cannot miss out is people around me. I have seen vast diversifications in minds of people which is wider than the sky or ocean.

Just to illustrate let me consider only people around me at present....
The first to go about is R .she is always studying, her mind is always rotating around books, confines herself to a small room at her place . There is no second chance or thought towards other activities.

The next is P. He always thinks atleast ten times before uttering a word which is equivalent to locking his mind, tries to be good to everyone which makes his life miserable. Very shy, which absolutely doesn't match a guy. Still he is a lot respected & cheered among my buddies including me.

Next comes the mysterious M. She always confines herself to home. Socialism and she are diametrical to each other. Silence is her description. Though she is most of the time egocentric she has various good qualities towards others too. She doesn't have a loose tongue against others. That's the greatest desired aspect from my side.

These are just a few illustrations depicting the diversities of mind leaving a person in a perplexed state . While trying to adjust to people around , a person automatically loses his sense of actual behavior in his/her course of life leading a "sweet sucked out life"
