There are many reasons for people to show no communion towards knowledge. Some of them include :
>Firstly they are not confident of the knowledge they have and are quite introverted
>Sharing of knowledge leads to "loss of importance" when it becomes a common pool
>They are aware of the knowledge they have and consider it unnecessary to share among others as they are able to accomplish tasks
>Some others consider it a waste of time
